We control every stage of production in accordance with the guidelines of good manufacturing and hygiene practices as well as HACCP principles. By using modern air-cooling technology when slaughtering, our products retain freshness and quality. This process is complemented by controlled cold conditions, in which the products are packaged, stored and transported. We put high demands not only to ourselves but also to poultry farmers, with whom we cooperate and from whom we expect the highest quality. Over the many years of our activity, we have established solid cooperation with poultry producers in the region who fully meet this criterion.
